H-Index
H Index is an indicator of research quality. It is calculated by averaging the H index values of 2005-2009. This metric is useful because it discounts the disproportionate weight of highly cited papers or papers that have not yet been cited (http://images.isiknowledge.com/WOK45/help/WOS/h_citationrpt.html).
